Bruce Springstein and the E street Band will be wowing audiences from next week for 4 months. His tour starts in the USA at the Philips Arena Atlanta, GA on the 18th March and ends in Dublin’s RDS Simmonscourt on July 18th 2012. On the way from the US to Ireland he will be performing in the following european cities: Barcelona Spain, Berlin Germany, Milan Italy, Manchester UK, Paris France, Vienna Austria and of course Dublin. Lady Gaga, AKA Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta could be described as a good Catholic girl gone wild. Although she spent her youth studying at Sacred Heart, she exploded onto the music scene with the release of the album “Fame” in 2008. What followed was a succession of equally popular albums from a woman who follows in the path of Michael Jackson and David Bowie. Her flamboyant and sometimes outrageous style has no doubt fanned the flame of her popularity. Some of her hits are “Bad Romance”, “Telephone” and “Born this Way”.
She loves to experiment with new music styles, which she attributes to her early musical exposure to The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen and others. Her fashion sense is truly unique as well. She is a not so much a trend setter as a fashion explosion. Her unique style is a part of her stage persona, and fans love it. Mariah Carey returned to the stage in New York last Thursday night for her first live performance since she dropped out last year before having twins. She’s looking great, having lost her excess baby weight and becoming the brand ambassador for Jenny Craig’s new weight loss program called ‘Jenny’. Hope she gets back on tour soon, but it won’t be easy with twins.

Since 1991, The Dave Matthews Band, better known to their fans as DMB, has taken the stage and music industry by storm with their wide array of easy listening and feel-good music! Just two years later, in 1993, their debut album entitled, “Remember Two Things,” started a chain of hit records and number one songs over the years. The album was labeled certified gold by the RIAA just months after its debut.
However, the Dave Matthews story is one that you don’t hear too often. Although the concept of the band was originally started by Lead Singer and Songwriter Dave Matthews, his debut into the world consisted of a full band of his own! Whereas most musicians and artists who are just starting out usually record their songs on amateur tapes themselves – Dave Matthews himself decided that he would enter into the music realm as professional as possible.
